Welcome to the first step in exploring fraternity life at Chapman University. Joining a fraternity can be a meaningful way to build friendships, develop leadership skills, serve the community, and become involved on campus. Chapman fraternities offer opportunities for personal growth, philanthropy, academic support, and brotherhood.
If you witness or become aware of any potential violations of recruitment rules or policies, please use the reporting link below to notify the Chapman University Interfraternity Council.
The Recruitment Process:
Recruitment takes place each semester and begins with Rush Kickoff, where potential new members can meet the IFC Executive Board, chapter recruitment chairs, and fraternity members from participating chapters.
Throughout the recruitment period, chapters host a variety of events that allow students to learn more about each organization’s values, traditions, and membership experience. Later rounds may include preference events, which provide a more focused opportunity to connect with chapters of interest.
At the conclusion of recruitment, chapters may extend bids to eligible students who they invite to join their organization.
If you have any questions, please email ifc@chapman.edu
